Mission:
We are a non-denominational Christian ministry who receive no United Way or government funding but rely instead on gifts from individuals, foundations, corporations, churches, and professional organizations. We serve homeless men, women, and children by providing secure shelter, meals, hygiene essentials, medical and dental care, Christian case management and recovery, spiritual development, and children’s and adult education. Your financial gifts, prayers, volunteer time, and donations are critical to City Rescue Mission’s ministry to the poor and homeless of Oklahoma City.
Since 1960, City Rescue Mission has been committed to helping the down-and-out find real help, hope and healing through compassionate emergency services and an innovative, biblically focused recovery program. We consider it a privilege to extend our hands to all those in need in Oklahoma CityMission .
Our volunteer program is designed for individuals who are interested in learning more about homelessness and desire to volunteer on a regular basis. Volunteer opportunities are available to match your area of interest.
Opportunities are detailed on our website at www.cityrescue.org
QUOTE: “Revive offers a compassionate resource of volunteers that are willing to go the extra mile to reach the hurting of Oklahoma City. I am looking forward to working with these women who answer the call of Christ.”
